Recommended M4/3 and lens(es) for beginner?

I'm looking to purchase my first non-P&S camera, and am drawn to the M4/3 type, mainly for size.  I was originally looking at DSLRs, such as the D3300 or D5300, but once I saw cameras like the GX7, E-M10, etc. I liked those much better.

I want something I can learn on, since I know zero about photography currently, but also something that I can pick up and use on auto and not be disappointed.

I do a lot of travel, so having a the smaller size but with options to change out lenses would be ideal.  I figure the camera will mainly be used for travel photos, general street type photos, but also would like to have the ability to zoom quite a bit for distance shots such as capturing nature and wildlife, or sports.

Lastly, it would be nice if the camera had a decent video capability.  I've read and heard reviews online saying the GX7 video is much, much better than the E-M10 or A6000.

For lenses, I don't see myself carrying more than 1 extra lens at this point, especially when traveling, so really would like 1-2 key "utility" lenses.  Just would like some decent options at fair prices.  Having a package of body + 2 lenses at or under $800 would be nice.

So, any recommendations for me on a camera and 1-2 lenses?  I've read reviews on three main cameras that seem to be in my price range:  GX7, E-M10 and A6000.  All seem to be great, so I'm a bit lost.  If any clarification is needed to make a recommendation, let me know.  Thanks.
