What you're asking for is a lawyer to write up a contract that clients sign which limit your liability. Presumably you'll limit your liability to a refund of the amount paid.

But a customer could still take him to court, and it's up to the court to decide if the contract is fair or not, and whether or not any damages are awarded.

Anyone can sue you for anything. I can print out this post and sue you for $1 billion of emotional distress.

No, you can't. You really can't.

The whole purpose of a contract is to create a legally binding agreement. As long as your attorney drafts a contract which does not violate any laws, it is binding if signed by both parties.

"Drafting a contract which does not violate any laws" isn't the test actually. It can be drafted and signed all you want and still not stand up in court. An attorney is supposed to be able to tell if it will be binding.
