Plane spotting with NX mini and 50-200mm f/4-5.6

This was my 1st time ever plane spotting. I was nearby WAW airport around sunset. Having researched my whereabouts in Exsate Golden Hour app earlier, I decided to stop in one of a few plane spotting spots for a couple of minutes in hope of capturing a-cheesy-airplane-silhouette-over-the-setting-sun type of picture.
I parked my car, walked to the security fence and positioned myself between reils. Few people were clamly watching the airplanes landing and taking off. A guy with a full-frame Canon gave me one of that "Are you serious?"-look while carefully lining his L glass collection across the bonnet of his car. Others just kept snapping series of pictures using their DSLRs, accompanied by loud AF confirmation beeps and flashing of built-in flashes (?!) or flailing their cameraphones over the fence.
At instant I knew that I arrived a couple of minutes too early (The traffic in Warsaw is quite unpredictable at rush hours!) as the sun was still high and shining directly into lens of my camera! If only I had more time to wait until the sun starts to set... Anyway, here are a few captures I manage to take before I had to leave the spot.
This one wasn't difficult at all, as it was taxiing towards me at moderate speed to wait in queue for take-off:

These two have been captured in motion - they were rougly at 1/4th of their take-off distance (I'm not sure at what speed they could have been at):

SooC JPEGs look good enough to me, save for the blurry grass, thus I played a little bit with raw files in RawTherapee and cropped out the most of burnt areas. I could probably sharpen them a bit more, denoise better and turn up the contrast, but I somehow like them the way they are now.
I was also trying to capture few landings (WAW airport only has 2 intersecting runways), but didn't have enough place to pan comfortably - my attempts were blurry or had that crooked look due to electronic shutter being used in NX mini.
