I agree with you 100%, MC!  Amazing sharpness, beautiful bokeh and brings the goods even in macro.  I like the Rokkor 58mm 1.2, 50 1.2, 100 2.5 and Minolta 200 2.8G, 70-210 4, 135 2.8, 50 2.8 macro, 50 1.4 and the 28 2.8.  All the Minolta lenses except the 200G are 1985 vintage when your "glass" was GLASS and metal, and generally heavy.  With focus peeking on my a65, my old(er) eyes are enjoying the crispness of manually shot photos and 100%+ crops.
