samsung nx3000 - question about sharpness/detail preservation

I bought this camera about a week ago and so far I absolutely love it. The sooc jpegs are amazing - equal to or better than those of my canon; they retain an almost film like quality imo. The dynamic range is something to behold and closeup photos with iso of up to 1600 have been very impressive.

The below photo was captured at iso 400 and processed from the raw file; I've also included the sooc jpeg. I used a higher iso to get a faster shutter speed as it was captured inside a moving car. I liked it enough to edit it due to the cloud formations but it seems a lot of details in the foliage etc are blurry and lost due to high noise level. I don't think the photo was severely underexposed. Is this just typical or did I commit a technical error? Should I shoot all landscapes on the nx3000 at iso100 to preserve detail?
