If you shoot Jpeg only or delver photos right of the camera wihout postprocessing, or only  with minor processing - SRGB will be just fine.

If you like to edit and know haow to do this - shooting in raw - does not mater at all. More important, how do you convert files and what soft do you use, what PC and monitor doyou have.

If you have IPS panel - choose AdobeRGB or even ProPhotoRGB for wider gammut, but not forget to change to SRGB when printing Jpegs or posting to web. Leave AdobeRGB if you print really large and use conventional o professional printers.
