I compared only the pictures posted here, didn't go looking for others, and what I can say is that contrast is higher in the nikon, maybe postprocessed or just normal for those lenses.

And second and quite important, the 2 samsung pics are 'not grounded'. There is no transition to blur, the background is far and disconnected. Take first 2 nikon pictures, the ground is there, you can see the transition, which really makes it look 3d. The third has people here and there at different distances which gives the sense of depth.

Also, the bokeh is harsher on the nikon pics, which imo is more desirable then complete boring blurriness. The background is sudden far away in the 2 samsung pics, which makes it smoother still and disconnected.

The Nikon has not only an higher contrast but also an higher micro contrast. Like Tecnoworld said the Nikon has a better contrast on the edges, a good microcontrast is needed when the higher spatial frequencies must be clearly separate. It is not something you can add easily in pp. I have tried to play with the NX1 pics of Paulnelson88, i can improve the effect but not as good as the Nikon.
