Not I but there are forumites with both, so hopefully you can get some definitive input.

For me, the question boils down to speed--not lens speed but focus and frame-rate speed. I consider the 50-200 an indispensable lens (have the mk1) but its response times are always going to be slow compared to native µ4/3 lenses, so action work will never match up. This is not a deal-killer for everybody but for those looking to maximize their focus acquisition times and frame rates, the Pro is the best path. Add the MC14 for 210mm and you're still pretty far off of 283. And that's where the 300/4 enters the fray.

Even with FW 3.0 my 4/3 teles are well short of 10FPS. The 50-200 focuses decently fast but still wanders through the focus range from time to time. My SHG lenses don't do this so much, due to their limit switches.
