I just got a new GH4 today and have been testing it out, and I noticed that in Lightroom (I have the latest version, which is 5.7), in the Camera Calibration tab, there's only Adobe Standard, and all the other ones are missing (such as Standard, Vivid, Natural, Portrait, etc). I don't understand why. With my E-M1 and 5D Mark III, I get all the included profiles that comes with the camera when in Lightroom, but GH4 only has Adobe Standard? And I shoot RAW only, so the other profiles should be included, but are missing.

The supplied profiles have there own flavors and those supplied by Lr are there to simulate that camera`s jpeg looks, to be honest there not really worth having if your a raw shooter.

Real profiles are designed to correct for various lighting situations and to improve raw workflow.

If you want real profiles and these are much better than those included within Lr your better off building your own using a macbeth color chart and the free adobe software or get yourself a colorchecker passport.

I would strongly avoid paying out for third party profiles, there as good as useless, just as useless as those supplied freely by Lr.
