I think the Olympus 12mm is wide enough, it's just not what most people would call cheap enough, I've gotten some spacious shots with my 12mm F/2 even indoors in a small 1 bedroom cabin, it's just not cheap!

A new Olympus 12mm f/2.0 has a list price of $799 and right now Olympus has it on sale for $699. He might find a used one for $550 but they are hard to find. If the OP doesn't mind MF, He can get a new Samyang or Rokinon 12mm f/2.0 for about $320 and a 10mm Rokinon for $410.

Hi,

As I stated in my original post, 24mm equivalent doesn't cut it for Real Estate photography. Believe me, I tried it, but in many cases couldn't get enough of a room into a shot. But the 10mm Rokinon might work.
