X100 vs x100s/t. Is there really a difference in images?
1

I have read a lot of reviews, and eventually decided to buy a used x100. I have been extremely happy with it. However, I have been thinking of getting a second one for a family member. A lot of the reviews suggest that the image quality of the x100 has a special appeal that is not duplicated in the newer versions. I know about wifi, focusing speed, controls...I am not interested in that. I am only interested in the differences in images.

When I was going though some if the images that I liked and were posted as being from the x100, I found that some of them were actually from either an x100s or x100t. That started me thinking.

So is the image quality "je ne sais quois" of the x100 a myth? Or do you feel there really is a difference between it an the later versions, (one way or the other)?
