should i buy the e-m5ii or gx7 for total silence?

I often take photos in churches and at lectures, and need a totally quiet camera, even hearing about the ois whirring or noisy zoom could be a problem, so hope to get some help from anyone who has these cameras and listened to their sounds and lenses

It seems that only the olympus e-m5ii and panasonic gx7 have a silent shutter mode, i would have been fine with the e-m10 or any other small ilc (i even considered the sony rx100iii yet fear to be too confined with that)

The e-m5ii comes in a kit with the weather resistant 14-150 for $1700, which could also be great for my use in nature and greenhouses, yet leaving no more money for any other lenses this year

The gx7 comes as a kit with the 12-32 for a jacket pocketable solution for only 850$, leaving money for a 75-300 and the 45mm portrait lens (i hope the gx7 stabiliser is good enough for this)

The gx7 tilting viewfinder seems a bit fragile if i want to pocket it, yet i expect to compose mainly using the display anyway, so must have a tilting display to compose high or low.

I really would love some help in deciding, since i live very far from any shop carrying theses cameras and lenses, have used sigma dp compacts before and have been spoiled with their image clarity, thus won't expect the same, yet maybe the e-m5ii could do magic with a prime...
