I bought Transcend 1GB and it works GREAT!
Its much faster than one I used before - Kingsston 256MB

I have had extremely good luck so far with Lexars. I own 3 ea 512MB 40X, but am thinking of grabbing a couple 1 or 2 GB 32X now that I have been bitten by the RAW bug! With a Lexar Firewire reader I can dump 6MB files into the computer at around 1 per sec.
