I upgraded from 6D to 5D3 and to be brutally honest, I wish I'd saved my money. The 6D handled ISO noise far better than the 5D3 and for me the IQ was better too. The 5D3 does offer superior build quality and you do get an extra card slot, but unless you DESPERATELY NEED the improved AF that it offers, then I'd seriously stick with your 6D.
My advice, try the 7D2 then make your decision.
