I've just picked up a $35 Rexatar 200mm f/3.3 to see how the extra light compares to OIS; first shots look pretty good but I haven't yet pulled them on the monitor at any scale just zoomed on the nx300 screen.

I'm often using mine at shutter speeds where OIS is at best a tertiary concern, often 1/2000.

I have a Quantaray 75-200 f/2.8-f/3.5.... it's not worth comparing with the Samsung 50-200.  It wins on amount of bokeh... I'm not sure if I would say the quality of the bokeh is any better though.
