Hi again,
Did a last test with a Sandisk Micro SDHC Ultra C10 UHS1 (this one given for 30 Mb/s) 16 Gb : no problem shooting successive RAW photos. No shutter lag, photos are triggered regularly. Buffer fills up after 21 photos.
So, it might be capacity related, then ? Problems with the 32 Gb cards. No problem with 16 or less Gb cards.
Cheers
Jay
This is interesting - because I'm not sure that I always see this problem (I frequently shoot stitched panoramas, where I similarly have to take a sequence of photos, but not using burst mode), but I almost always use 32gb cards in my NX30, and 16gb cards in whatever other camera I'm using - in order to pre-format the cards before use and have them ready to hand I need a way of remembering which camera has formatted which cards. As soon as I get home next week I'm going to test this....
(I still maintain the firmware for the NX30 could do with a final revision to iron out these little bugs... they're not show stoppers but can be quite annoying!)
Hi !
I could not agree more. The 30 is not yet in its final cycle and could (SHOULD) benefit from a few more updates. This buffer-emptying sluggishness can ne improved via software. I am convinced about it.
Cheers
