Then get out your knife and fork. Two Nikon DSLRs failed during a photo walk where we got caught in rain storm. The EM-5 wasn't phased. Had it quit you bet your weather sealing it would have been covered because it wasn't that much water.

I was also out on San Francisco Bay where we got a lot of water on us, still no failure. Say what you want, but the EM-5 weather sealing works. No gimmick.
Unless you are an Oly warranty rep, this thread is useless in any case as you aren't an authority.
