If you select Shutter-priority for the Creatiive movie-mode I think the shutter settings should stick (my guess). But I guess you like to shoot video i Manual mode so, then this is a no go.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, I need to set both aperture and shutter speed. Well, not *need* but that's what I want to control when I film.

On the GH4 I have saved three differnt Creative Movie modes as Custom settings (of the available 5; C1, C2, C3-1, C3-2 and C3-3) and when I turn the mode dial to one of these I get the saved setting and I believe also the shutter speed and aperature used before programming these custom settings.

I don't have the same setup for video modes on the Custom setting for my GX7 though so I am not sure if it works similar in that respect.

I think I need to figure out how to use the custom settings. I browsed through the manual on this and didn't really get it, but I'll rtfm on the weekend. Maybe it's the solution to my problem.

Basically I could live with ONE setting that does both video and stills, so a combined M and creative video mode.

Thanks again.
