Can someone please recommend an inexpensive viewer? I see quite a few styles of viewers on Amazon, but am unsure which one will accommodate my slides, which measure 4" x 1-5/8" (10x4 cm).

Thanks!

Hi, Susan

Try these web sites for 3D viewers
http://www.3dstereo.com
http://www.3dstereo.com/viewmaster/3dl.html

Or if you have a flatbed scanner, you could scan your
favorite photos then email them or view on your computer.
A 3D monitor or 3DTV helps but is not necessary if you use
anaglyph (red/green glasses) or side-by-side viewers. Or
experiment with "cross-eyed" viewing off your monitor.

My HP G4050 scanner will scan up to 6 snapshots at once. After
scanning, the photos can be processed with Stereo Photo Maker
(free from http://stereo.jpn.org/eng/stphmkr/) - Windows only.
Perhaps you would like to use a photo editor to touch-up the older
photos. (contrast, color correction, scratches, etc.)
