I placed one of these lens on each of my two EM-1 bodies and ventured out to the Tallgrass Prairie conservancy.  Took a few shots of the Bison, and a few Whitetail Deer and then got kind of obsessed with trying to catch a Harrier Hawk on the wing.  They were all over the prairie, but would immediately fly away from the vehicle the second I would slow down or stop.  I had both cameras set up exactly the same, C-AF, review time zero, six frames per second, large central spot active.  I could not lock focus, or keep focus active on the 75-300 on the fast flying hawks..  The few shots I got, when cropped at all, were soft.  The 40-150 were much better.  The focus would lock and stay on the bird as long as I kept the central spot on or near the bird.  Here is one shot, 100% cropped, but still ok I think.  I love the new Pro line and can't wait for the 300 F4 Pro!
