I think the reality is you have to try them and judge for yourself. What some people consider a huge difference in image quality, others consider less important. Individual copies of each lens vary somewhat, so you'll likely get slightly different results from two copies of the same lens.

I personally prefer super-zooms because I'd rather get the shot because I have the right focal length, than miss the shot because I didn't, or was changing lenses at the time.

So of the options you suggest, the only one I'd consider is the 18-135 because of the greater focal lengths it covers. I'd prefer something like the 18-200, 18-250, 18-270, 16-300 alternatives.  They're not optically top-notch, but neither are the ones you're considering.
