Got a question Raw Jaw: I shot a video that panned across a valley in Hawaii. The movie was shot in .MOV format. I can view each frame of the movie in CS6 Mini Bridge and can see which individual frames might be good to grab for use in building a pano in ICE. Do you know how to grab individual frames in Mini Bridge and then save the frames as something (.jpeg or ??) so I can run them in ICE to make a pano?

I was really impressed by your work on the cruise ships picture.

Cheers, Raw Jaw.

Hi GDB,

I use Power Director and have not used CS6 Mini Bridge. I stopped buying CS after CS4 to protest having to upgrade to get the latest ACR. I do use CS4 almost daily.

There are several freeware programs that can pull stills from video. Google them.

Are you are stating ICE can not handle .MOV?

I use the freeware program WinX Fee Video Converter:

You can easily convert from .mov to .Mpeg-4 if needed.

Was your Hawaii video shot as 'P' or was it 'i' (interlaced)?

Glad you like the cruise ship pano.
