NX30 lockup on using wifi
Feb 4, 2015
Only had my NX30 for a couple of months but several times have experienced the camera locking up while trying to upload to Samsung app on phone or tablet ( both Samsung). Will connect ok and transfers the first couple of photos but then will not upload any more. This happens on most of my attempts at wireless transfer.
Furthermore the camera locks up and is only freed by turning off power. Given that I bought this camera partly for its wifi capabilities ( which have been much praised by reviewers ), I have found this disappointing and wonder if anyone else has had the same experience or can suggest any solutions..?
Have other cameras with wifi so I'm familiar with wireless transfer and have not found this problem with any of them....
Any suggestions, please...
