ammm..... so the end of story ,, the pany 45-200mm is not recommended because of the CA
Very bad reason to dismiss this lens. All lenses have CA to some degree. You need to find out what CA is.
I use Panasonic lenses quite often on my Olympus bodies and I also use Olympus lenses on my Panasonic bodies and they are just fine. I never wory about which combination is going to produce what amount of CA. If you find you do have CA, then remove it during processing.
anyway dose the CA Corrupts the IQ ??? because I like the extra 50mm reach
CA is produced by the lens under certain conditions such as tree branches against a bright sky. How much depends on many factors. Your EPM2 does not remove this effect for any lens including Olympus lenses while Panasonic bodies will remove it for Panasonic lenses. There are a couple of bodies that will do both.
If the CA Corrupts the Image Q ok I will get the oly 40-150mm + Olympus TCON-14B (teleconvert 1.4x) ?? is it good idea ???
The 45-200 will be better than the Oly 40-150 with the TCON-14b.

Your probably right. I had a legacy zoom with bad CA so I was really put off by it. I guess modern lenses aren't as bad. Not sure if he wants to get into PP. But the extra 50mm will make a big difference.
