I don't think they'll do it any time soon. They would have to fabricate the BCMOS FF sensor and develop a new mount. After that new FF lenses will be required. Sony went this route but are still working on lenses it seems. And the FF A series cams are starting to get pretty large when a FE lens is added. But I give credit to Sony for blazing the trail.

I think the current sensor in the NX1 is a wonderful sensor and I sure would like to try a BCMOS FF sensor in some camera some day. That would be MF quality like a Pentax 645Z I imagine.

They still need some aps/c NX lenses IMO. A 70-200 f/2.8 NX lens would be nice. A longer working distance macro as well. The 16-85 f/4 & 300 f/2.8 could be welcome additions to the line up so Samsung is getting there.

The 50-150mm S lenses with the APS-C crop factor is equal to a 77-231mm on 35mm FF. That S lens is significantly smaller than the Nikon 70-200mm G lenses.
