For the same shot noise, ISO scales proportionally to the image area. So if the crop factor is 2, the area difference is 4x and the equivalent ISO is also 4x. And as you can see, when you scale the aperture by 2, and the ISO by 4, the shutter speed remains the same (as so will be the motion blur). So the equivalent calculation produce pretty much identical images on different formats (modulo the individual lens and camera contributions).
