Ok, if you crank up the NR that high then you can make a Pentax Q look as good as a 645Z. Honestly, these results you've shown are pretty meaningless as you've scrubbed all detail out of the image. DxO Prime is an excellent tool, I use it for all of my indoor sports work, but it requires a deft touch. I can see the argument that m43 punches slightly above it's weight but claiming only 1 stop difference is complete nonsense.

As I mentioned previously the settings are all defaults so I did not crank up either NR or sharpening or any other setting. You are in denial.
