Getting the feeling you've bought into the wrong system?

Let me just start out by saying, I love Micro Four Thirds and the fact that it can do what APS-C cameras do in such a small body, HOWEVER, things are not nearly as bright as what they were in 2012, the OM-D lineup was new and fast CDAF was all the rage. Fast forward 2 years and both Sony and Fuji have caught up offering fast CDAF cameras as well as PDAF. Micro Four Thirds is in a holding pattern and it looks again like there will need to be a sensor innovation. Nikon and Sony have stolen a run in terms of their sensor quality and pixel output.

Here we are in Micro Four Thirds, and I'm experiencing everything I have from Canon for the last 4 years with a lack of serious innovation. I'm beginning to wonder if I bought into the right mirrorless system.
