That's just it ... in M mode, there is no way to set +2EV. I can up the ISO, open up the aperture or use a longer SS.

I was thinking that for some reason I want to lock down these values (DOF, motion blur, grain) but still over- or underexpose.

Guess I'll have to do that when converting my RAW files.
