  1. When using a automatic flash (have a Metz 20 C-2) with WB set for flash and manual metering say at 1/500 f/5.6 the display darkens to the point where you cannot recognize what you are trying to photograph. This flash works very good on my DP3M and DP2X and the screens do not darken like the screen does on the DP2Q.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Im sure you have already figured this out, but you can turn off this behaviour in the menu. Then the image on the LCD will always have proper brightness.
