Need advice on upgrading current lenses for GX7

Hello, I'm thinking of replacing current lenses to get more IQ and/or compactness, currently I have GX7 with:

1. Lumix kit lens 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II version (the longer one instead of the shorter X version)

2. Lumix 14mm F2.5

Currently lenses on my list, please give me advice:

1. Replace with the X version of the same lens, which is more compact and seems to be an upgraded version of the 2nd version, alternatively, get the Panasonic 12-32mm F3.5-5.6 one which has good reviews.

2. Replace with the Panasonic 20mm F1.7, or Summilux 15mm F1.7. I know that 20mm is not the same as 14mm, but it should be OK for landscape / street? Also, is the Leica Summilux one having better IQ than my current 14MM f2.5 (if so, how much better)? How much difference can I notice if I go from F2.5 to F1.7?

Thanks!
