I should have commented on AF of 40-150 f2.8

It's good, plenty fast in good light, but not SWD fast.  To me, and more importantly, it's very accurate.  I did an extensive mushroom shoot in light down to ISO 3200 at 1/30 sec f2.8.  This was under a heavy tree (spruce) canopy.  AF was quite good as long as the lens had something to focus on-- meaning contrasting lines.  without decent contrast in details it would hunt some, but overall I was really pleased with AF in pretty dim lighting-- and especially with accuracy when it did lock AF.

I didn't try AF on fast moving subjects e.g. BIF.
