I have a D750 made in Thailand, a Lexar 32 GB class 10 SDHC card, and of course I followed all the steps from here: https://support.nikonusa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19320, though, when I press the firmware button in the menu, nothing happens, it just shows that the current firmware is the 1.0 version and that's all. What should I do in order to update the firmware?

Are you sure that there is a very quickly flashed message on the screen something about battery does not show up?

You could put the SD card back in the card reader and open that to make sure the firmware update actually is on the card.

after deep reformatting.

Please don't be offended;

The .bin file is not in a folder on the SD card, and you are putting the card in slot 1 in the camera?

Also, is the card in the slot you have selected as primary (I have no D750, but D4 and D810 have slots designated as primary and secondary)? Early on my D4 did not update if I used the CF slot instead of the primary XQD slot.

Maybe it's a grey market product, as on the box it's a sticker which says "D750 BK JP". As far as I know, the gray market products cannot be upgraded? But this is my case, too? Anyone can confirm?

I'm not sure where you heard that. Nikon doesn't make grey market cameras. Grey market cameras are created by the import of regular cameras into countries where they weren't meant to be sold. I have never heard of firmware that wouldn't upgrade a grey market camera.

It was alluded to earlier but not specifically stated...

Make sure you have a full battery charge. You don't actually need a "full" charge. But at some battery level the firmware update option does not appear.

make sure it is a genuine Nikon Battery. My 810 would not upgrade because I had a no genuine battery in the grip.

Make sure the .bin file is in the root of the SD card and not in a folder and make sure that SD Card is the only one in your D750.

Check my vid walk-thru for guidance:

Step number 6 in the instructions may be the problem where your camera is not recognizing the bin file. Make sure the bin file is in the top level of the memory card. Also your card should have been formatted before you tried to copy the bin file unto your card.

Basic Upgrade instructions: for detailed instructions, see pdf files below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
  1. NOTE: Use a fully charged Li-Ion battery (EN-EL15) or connect the AC adapter (EH-5B +EP-5b power connector) to upgrade firmware. Do not use the Multi-Power Battery Pack MB-D16 to perform this upgrade.
  2. Create a new folder with an appropriate name on your computer.
  3. Choose the correct download below for the computer system you are using, and save the download to the folder created in step 1.
  4. Run the downloaded file to create the folder titled D750Update, containing the following file: D750_0101.bin
  5. Format an approved memory card in the camera, then remove.
  6. Copy the D750_0101.bin file to the top level of the memory card using a memory card reader or similar device, do not copy the file into any folder on the memory card.
  7. Insert memory card into the cameras memory card slot, and switch on.
  8. Select Firmware Version from the setup menu and follow the instructions displayed to upgrade the camera's firmware.
  9. DO NOT switch off the camera at any time during the update, doing so may result in the need for service.
  10. After the upgrade is complete, turn the camera off and remove the memory card.
  11. Check the cameras firmware version to be sure it completed.
  12. Format memory card in camera for use.
  13. * - Firmware updates can be performed for you at authorized Nikon service centers.

Hope this will help:

Was card originally formatted in the camera?

First format it in the camera, take it out and copy that file to it on computer.
