600D focusing issue - in my head or real?

Hello guys,

i have question about my 600D. Maybe I have high standarts and talking about nonsense, but I need to ask.

It seems to me, that it has some focus problems. I had Tamron 70-300 and I thought it was it´s problem. After months of dealing with Tamron, they took it back and I bought 70-200 f/4 L non IS lens. It was a miracle first. I was stunned by the sharpness, I even needed to lower the sharpness in menu, because of oversharpening. That all was in september. Then I hadn´t much time and opportunities to shoot with 200mm, so I used mainly 50mm f/1.8 lens. Now I took again the L and I was shocked for what it is doing. You can see the shots attached.

What could happen? Is focusing issue more of a problem of lens, or a body? 50mm is probably not good reference lens, but in some point it looks like it is better, than L. Live view shots are much better with both of them. My 600D was once aligned to bad focusing on VF, could that be back? Or is it normal and I am only getting crazy from the DSLR world?

Thank you.

L after the change, should be focused on a building

L before.

Canon EOS 600D (EOS Rebel T3i / EOS Kiss X5)
