Random blue and red dots in photos Olympus Pen E-P5..any ideas?
Dec 16, 2014
Was taking some pictures tonight with an Olympus Pen E-P5 and 12-40 Pro lens and a few have a random blue and a red dot in them. The dots are not in every photo but are in the exact same spots in the photos they do appear in. I switched lenses and the same issue occurs with all other lenses as well. Any ideas what this is, dead pixels, etc? Is this camera really going to need warranty repairs for the 4th time? Cropped picture below to show the problem followed by full photo (resized) they are in the area right by the cats left ear.
