That's what Olympus tells us that it does.

Vaguely mentioned here http://asia.olympus-imaging.com/products/dslr/epl7/feature/04/ as "and features Fine Details II that reduces false colors" and for exactly the same image processor in the E-M1 where it mentions "Correctly compensates for chromatic aberration that differs depending on each lens." on page http://asia.olympus-imaging.com/products/dslr/em1/feature/02/

So, yes, it does correct for CA on any lens that provides the data to the body.
