I was about to point that actual timing values should be lower, since each image is captured before being displayed, but you addressed that in your observation #12.

I suggest that you communicate your report to Fuji, and enquire about the underlying reasons behind those variations, should the next firmware not address the issues.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, I should like to get this information to Fuji, but as yet, have no comeback. I will certainly keep trying as it is one area that if addressed, may speed up many of the camera operations in MF, and possible in AF as well.

Let's hope they get to know of the issue soon. I am hoping they already found it and have put a nice little behind the scenes patch into the next firmware update, but we'll see.
