EM1 w 12-40 adding 40-150, 35-100 2.8 and 100-300

Looking for a solution to round out my kit. I am well set on the wide range and primes.

I have EM1 and EM5 bodies. I also have the 12-40 2.8 which is wonderful.

I now have 9-18 zoom and

45 1.8,

25 1.4 and

75 1.8

I also have the Pany 100-300 4.5.6 and 45-175 4.5.6

I'm looking to keep the duplicated focal ranges to a minimum yet keep those ultra fast primes if they make sense and also keep lens size down which is why i am using 4/3 and sold most of my Canon gear.

I like fast zooms. I am trying to decide if I'm better off with

a Pany 35-100 2.8 or the Oly 40-150 f2.8

As far as IQ and versatility am I better off with the 12-40 f2.8 adding the

35-100 2.8 or 45-150 2.8? Are they in the same league?

I know not many have tried the new 40-150 but reviews are abundant.

Do I go

12-40

40-150 and the primes

or

12-40

35-100

100-300 and not sure about the primes.

An Em-1 w the 40-150 is still a relatively manageable size and weight.

Or what would you do?

Thanks!
