** EDIT ** - I misspoke because I thought we were talking about the 14-140, duh!  So my comments below don't apply to the 14-42 at all.

I love this lens, it's my most-used piece of glass. I shoot at all focal lengths and apertures without worry. I've done some tests and can see some shutter shock issues if I pixel peep, but it's not an issue in practical terms for me because (a) I pretty much never need to reproduce my photos at an enlargement scale that would show the issues, and (b) I normally use the electronic shutter which sidesteps the issue completely.

The lens does have some small OIS jitter issues for handheld video, but that's not an issue for stills and even for video it still doesn't stop me from using it more than any of my other lenses.
