If you want decent auto focus, go for the 70D. That one does a very good AF for both video and photos in live view thanks to the new dual pixel sensor.

For video, the 70D will focus quickly and without any huntng whatsoever. And the touchscreen does focus pulls like a pro. Plus the 18-135 STM is a no-brainer for both video and stills.
Otherwise IME it's manual focus all the way (with any of the other bodies in the thread).
