Can anybody see the famous micro jitter in this video with GH4 and 14-140 II handheld?

If you cant see it I suggest to get better viewing equipment.

Panasonic has a big issue here.

I think I see something...viewing on a 1920x1080 monitor...a tiny left-right wiggle with a bit of diagonal skew, like a rolling shutter. Is that what you're referring to?

It reminds me of what a film student gets when their camera starts to lose a loop.

I can see how that would be a problem.

This youtube vid wasn't the best video for observing the problem.  There was too much evident hand/body motion, and too many cuts.  Where you really see it is a good hand-held video (using body as tripod, anchoring the camera to the head with the arms and hands), preferably long cuts, shooting a fairly uniform surface with a lot of texture.  Leafy bush with no wind is good; even when there are puffs of wind you can easily distinguish from the jitter, which looks like a constant trembling or quivering of the entire image.  The effect is much more obvious when using longer focal length.  Also, of course, much more evident in full-screen view.

Micro jitter looks like this if someone still cant figure what we are talking about.
