Vescu,

Thanks for taking the time and trouble to test various settings.

I'm now wondering if other cameras/lenses have this issue. As I noted elsewhere, when I went back and looked closely at a video shot with the 45-175mm (shot in AVCHD, viewed both as MP4 and in DVD), in the only stationary shot there was a bit of jitter if one looked for it. But the motion in the background distracted one's attention, so I didn't notice it before.

Since almost no one notices it with this lens (just as I failed to notice it with the 45-175mm due to always shooting action scenes and often with panning to follow a moving subject), it's quite possible that it is present in many camera/lens combinations.

Before I got the 14-140 II I shooted some years with GH2/GH3 and 14-42mm and 100-300mm. I was used to very jittery free handheld video and it was a huge shock to figure the jitter. I first was sure that the lens is broken but it is not.

Because of my 14-42mm very stable videos I was seeing some very minor video jittering with Sonys (RX10, RX100) and even with Oly IBIS. Those are usable but my 14-140 II is unusable without post stab.
