I own three of those lenses, the 9-18 zoom, 14mm f2.5 and 17mm f1.8. I think they're all good lenses.

If money is tight, the 14mm is half the price of the next most expensive lens (17mm), and it's likely the larger change in perspective will help your photography. It can throw up a lot of purple fringing in back-lit situations. I've only noticed it in a few shots and those were crummy anyway. When you have tree branches in harsh backlighting, they will be purple and washed out with a 14mm. With the 9-18, they will just be washed out.  You don't want to make a picture like that with either lens.

For the zoom, I'd look for a used model. New,, they are expensive, and if used, you will likely be able to sell it for almost as much as it cost. At 17mm and 14mm, the primnes are a lot better. It's calling card is the ability to shoot at 9-11mm. I like owning the zoom. It has its uses in urban areas.

The 17mm is a good lens, not that much different from your 25mm, but different enough.

The 19mm would be the least attractive of these four, and that's why I don't have one. I might if I found one cheap enough, like $100 USD.
