Which settings do you use for fast moving objects? (NX300 / NX30)

Situation:

Bike race on a sunny day

I am standing 10m (32ft) after a bending, the speed they are coming at me is about 20 km/h (12.5 mph)

I'm trying to get pictures of the fastest of a group

Question:

How would you set up your NX300 / NX30 (with 45mm 1.8)?

Mode: Shutter Priority / Aperture Priority / Manual ?

if Shutter Priority: Shutter: 1000 ?

if Aperture Priority: Aperture: 4 / 5.6 / 8 ?

ISO: 100 / Auto ?

Min. shutter speed: 1/250?

AF Mode: SAF / CAF ?

AF Area: Selection AF / Multi AF / Face Detection AF ?

AF Point Size: smallest ?

Touch AF: Touch AF / AF Point / Tracking AF / One touch shot ?

Drive: Single / Cont. High / Cont. Normal / Burst ?

Metering: Multi / Spot / Center ?

Dynamic Range: On / Off ?

I'm very interested in your answers question and how you found out the best options (e.g. set up aperture to x and shutter to y in manual mode and tried out SAF/CAF for best results)
