40-150 f/2.8 PRO for my E-M1, or Nikon D750?

I'm really interested in the 40-150 f/2.8 because it might - just might - allow me to use my E-M1 for night sports photography - which until now, has been one of the two reasons why I have kept my Nikon D800 (the other being landscape photography). I sold my Nikon D7000 last year and so have some cash saved up for a 'big' purchase. That could either be the 40-150 PRO, or the new Nikon FF camera, the D750, which is designed for action photography. Which to choose? Obviously people in this forum will steer me towards the 40-150 but I'm curious if I've left anything out of the pro's and con's listed below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My objective is to improve my night sports photography.  I do this on a semi-pro basis, donating the proceeds (several thousand dollars each year) to charity.

Advantages of the 40-150 / E-M1 combination

  • Greater reach (80-300)
  • Faster frame rate (10fps or 6.5fps with continuous focus).
  • Lower angle of shooting with pop-out focus screen.
  • Faster focus point selection than I could using the thumb dial of the D800/750.
  • $1000 cheaper than D750. I could buy a second E-M1 with the savings.

Advantages of the D750 (with my existing 70-200 VRII)

  • 6.5fps at 24mp (though I can get almost the same with the D800 in crop mode at 14mp;
  • Perhaps the ability to shoot from a lower angle by using the pop-out EVF in Live Mode; and
  • "Better" high ISO than either the D800 or the E-M1 (arguable, but let's assume for now).

Suggestions? Am I missing any clear advantages from either? I'm also posting a similar thread in the Nikon forum, to get that side of things.
