Hi, I'm consider buying Metabones EF to MFT speed booster for my GH4, my question is will it work with Sigma 18-35 f1.8 and Tokina 11-16 f2.8. If anyone had test this combination please answer my question, Thank you so much.

Lenses designed for full frame use will work. Lenses designed for crop sensor/APS-C (EF-S compatible) will mount and function. But you will have significant vignetting in the corners as the image circle projected by such lenses will not cover the entire sensor. The lens in the speedbooster is already condensing down that full frame image circle and concentrating it on to a 4/3 size sensor. If you start with an EFS lens with an already smaller image circle to begin with, you will get dark corners on the frame.

Its a 0.72 factor, so APS-C should generally be fine, maybe very slightly more vignetting than on an APS-C camera but they certainly should be useful. I've seen a variety of people mention they use the Sigma 18-35mm with speedbooster on M43 without issue.

As far as I know there is no AF function yet available on the Metabones EF to M4/3 Speedbooster and presumably any EF mount capable lens can talk to a Canon body using a standard protocol and therefore any FF capable lens that does EF should work.
