I had decided to get an NX30 but am now waiting on the NX1 or maybe the NX400 with viewfinder. I might be waiting awhile since I am waiting on it to be less than $1000. In the meantime, I am using an NX3000. I really want the 16-50PZ so getting the NX3000 was only logical since it was less than the lens itself. Plus the copy of Lightroom 5 is an added bonus. I will buy a few primes and enjoy the NX3000 in the meantime.
So far I am VERY impressed with the image quality of the NX3000. I had an NX300 and the image quality seems slightly better in JPEG. Not sure if it's the lens or the processing of Samsung...
I am almost certainly getting an NX1. My NX1100 has surpassed my expectations in just about every way, and I've never felt as though the other models (even though they do have advantages) were enough of an upgrade to jump. I seriously considered the NX300 when it could be had for $450 with the 45mm (which I want anyway), but I didn't want to commit any more to the system until Samsung showed that they would make a really serious camera. The NX20 and 30 weren't enough.
The NX1, if it lives up to the early press, is enough. It's 200 - 300 more than I had hoped it would cost, but I'll probably pay it. I considered buying a full frame Nikon, and the D750 has made me think about it more, but if the NX1 is what it seems, that is probably the camera for me. I really want to see its ISO score on dxomark, and to see sample low light shots (particularly of bands) before I commit though.
Heck, I recently bought, and subsequently returned, a Pentax K-3. That thing was amazing. Nothing I've ever held handles like that beast. But it wouldn't lock focus in low light with the 50mm 1.8 as well as my NX1100 with the 30mm 2.0. I also had front-focusing problems that I could not fix with the AF fine adjustment. So back it went.
So now I'm sitting on my sofa with my white NX1100 next to me (Paired with a Mamiya/Sekor 55mm f1.4 adapted lens at the moment, which is way cool.) also waiting for the NX1.
