D5200 White Balance question

Hi all,

I'm new to photography, and slowly falling in love with it.

One thing I've taken an interest in, is, "Astrophotgraphy."

I'd like to take pics of the Milky Way, but not sure what to set the White Balance at. Everything I've read says, "Set it to blue."

The D5200 has what appears to be preset options (daylight, flourescent lighting, etc.)

What is the best preset setting on the D5200, and is there a way to manually override those presets for night sky photography?

Thanks much!

Nikon D5200
