Looking for first "decent" tripod

So I am looking to upgrade from a flimsy plastic tripod to something much more substantial. I am looking for a kit including the head. Looking for a ball or three way head. Tripod needs to be tall (I'm 6'4) I wouldn't want to raise a center column unless absolutely necessary so I won't lose stability since I do mostly landscapes and night photography. I would also like something that would allow me to get very low also for doing some occasional macro work. I was looking on B&H and they recommended this one to me. It looks new since I don't see any reviews for it yet. I was wondering if anyone has used this kit or something similar to see how they like it or maybe recommend something else. My budget is 200-400 dollars.
