Great travel camera
1

All that this camera does for me is work well. It's easy to carry, has a reasonable mid-zoom range, and in real-world use produces very nice images for me. I've had it a while now, dropped it once and had to snap parts of it back together before it would work again (no trouble since). It just keeps working.

It's no good for flash work, without a hot shoe or cable connection. The little flash in the camera is of course too harsh under most circumstances.

I haven't had occasion to try pushing the ISO for indoors snapshot work.

I think that my modern iPhone takes better movies - certainly higher resolution. I will make a movie if the camera happens to be in my hand, but that's not its main use for me.
